By using the Site, requesting a quote, or submitting a contact form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

US Roofing provides roofing installation, repair, and related products and services. Information provided on the Site, including product descriptions and estimates, is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a final quote or contract. Quotes and estimates requested through the Site are non-binding; final pricing is determined after an in-person or virtual inspection.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of US Roofing or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a contact or quote request form, including a phone number that belongs to you.

• You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• You agree not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.

4. Communication Consent

When you submit a form on the Site, you ask US Roofing to contact you about your request by phone or email using the details you provided. Text messages are separate: we only send them if you check the optional SMS consent box on the form. That box is never pre-checked, and you can submit any form without checking it.
